The Training Engineer has the task of developing training and training policies for the use and maintenance of a product according to the Customer's requests and the support needs of the Ship System, he is able to prepare, with the support of the MMI, an operational training plan and program (TIRPERS, TIRNAV, etc.) for the management of a Naval Unit.

Activities and Responsibilities

It performs the TNA (Training Need Analysis) based on the requirement and the technical-logistical characteristics of the product (maintenance policies, maintenance plans, use and maintenance personnel involved, etc. );
Develop training plans and define the types of Training Courses;
Create the process specifications and those related to the SW tools necessary for training (CBT, WBT, simulators, etc.). );
Designs teaching, creates and finds teaching tools;
Specifies the provision of course supports, teaching aids, training equipment, and ensures the preparation of industrial instructors;
Ensures the training process of the Customer's personnel;
Ensures the execution of courses at the Vessel and SdC levels;
Validate vendors' courses and training tools;
Ensure the updating of the operating Education documentation;
Supports the development of the Naval Unit's armament table;
Prepare and develop, based on the armament table, the training and training requirements for a Naval Unit;
Prepare, in collaboration with the MMI, the operational training plan for the Navy;
Manages or supports the operational training program for the Navy.

Requirements

Master's degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering;
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in shipbuilding programs;
Knowledge of the basic principles of Artificial Intelligence;
Good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher);
Willingness to transfer and/or transfers within the national territory.
