The resource must participate in the implementation of the assigned projects or studies in compliance with the guidelines received, the agreed time and cost objectives and the specification performance, using knowledge, methodologies and tools from the company's assets, applying the defined quality standards and actively contributing to customer satisfaction.

Activities and Responsibilities

  • Take charge and pursue the objectives set by the Project Manager
  • Take charge and operate using the methodologies and tools established by the Project Manager
  • Constantly verify the technical consistency of the elaborations against the specifications and participate in the checks of consistency with the related elaborations
  • Participate in project reviews for areas of your expertise
  • Drafting and management of technical documentation (project specifications, integration plans, testing documentation, etc.)
  • Technical support for integration and testing activities both at suppliers and at the shipyard for activities on board naval units
  • Support the identification of requirements and the process for the definition of the physical/functional project
  • Manage integration activities both on the ground and on board
  • Technical support for evaluating project variants
  • Technical support for program management
  • Technical support for quality audits
  • Database update for business process management

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Mechanical/Naval/Aerospace Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions
  • Even brief experiences in the sector are to be considered a preferred title
  • Good ability to use the main tools of the Microsoft Office package and Project
  • Good knowledge of English for managing documentation and technical and relationships with suppliers
  • Willingness to transfer and transfers on national and international territory
  • Knowledge of the French language is to be considered a preferred qualification

Specific skills

  • Knowledge of system engineering
  • Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility studies and signatures
  • Knowledge of design and functional integration applied to complex systems
  • Knowledge of design and physical integration applied to complex systems
  • Basic knowledge of safety studies in the Naval/Industrial sector
  • Basic knowledge of Human Factor studies (team sizing, habitability studies, HCI and HMI studies) is to be considered a preferred qualification
