Facilitate seamless coordination for on-board support of ships under warranty and post-sales assistance by liaising effectively with Naval Unit (UN) command, Navy Bodies (MM), other internal business functions, and relevant external partners (IP). This ensures the technical readiness of the Naval Unit support infrastructure and effective management of ship configurations during operations.

Activities and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance activities during ship stops for the platform and the combat system
  • Interface with the ship's on-board command to agree on planned activities, communicate intervention windows and update them on the status of current activities
  • During the ship stop, attend coordination meetings, safety, work and on-board interference.
  • During the boat stop, attend work progress and planning meetings
  • Interact with supplier technicians for the correct execution of activities by requesting the final activity at the end of processing
  • Interface with the OSN Site Manager and the OSN Planner to update the ship plan and define the planned interventions
  • Keep the Service Portfolio Management software up to date for activities related to the relevant ships
  • Request, with the support of the Site Manager, Deployment account services from third-party companies
  • Manage Ship Plans.

Requirements

  • Degree: Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering
  • Professional experience: 5 years of work experience in the naval sector if you graduate, 10 years if you graduate. In both cases, the candidate must have at least one year of experience in on-board integration activities.
  • Language knowledge: English
  • Computer skills: Windows (Office)
  • Knowledge of the general architecture of a naval platform
  • Knowledge of the general architecture of the Combat System
  • Knowledge of the integration issues between Platform and Combat System
  • Knowledge of construction procedures and safety regulations
