The resource we are looking for will have the task of ensuring the development of data and documentation for the use and maintenance of a product in accordance with contractual obligations; it will be responsible, through the tools and program databases, to create the structure of the documentary database (LSAR and CSDB) and to ensure that it is updated with the evolution of the configuration state of the product throughout its life cycle.

Activities and Responsibilities

Specify the LSAR database, defining the applicable data, process and tools;
It oversees the development of the LSAR database, ensuring the integration of supplier data, supervising and ensuring its updating throughout the life cycle;
Defines methods and processes for electronic and non-electronic documentation (IETP, CSDB type AECMA) adapts to regulations and formats;
Develop the production plans for technical manuals and define their types;
Create the process specifications and those related to the SW tools necessary for technical manuals (databases, browsers, validators, style sheets, etc.). );
It takes care of the creation and management of document databases (CSDB), ensuring the integration of supplier data, supervising and ensuring its updating throughout the life cycle;
Ensures the creation of technical manuals at the Integrated Ship level;
Controls the development and provision of supplier technical manuals;
Valid the first edition of the Technical Manuals;
It ensures the updating of the Technical Manuals in operation.

Requirements

Master's degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering;
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in shipbuilding programs;
Good ability to use TOOL LSAR and CSDB;
Knowledge of the basic principles of Artificial Intelligence;
Good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher);
Willingness to transfer and/or transfers within the national territory.

Logistic support systems (ILS);
Knowledge of LSAR Databases and S1000D, S3000L and MIL-HDBK-1388 2B Manuals.
