The AI and Data Mining specialist will support the management of digital transformation projects in the field of systems engineering applied to integrated military ships. The candidate will contribute to the definition of the architecture of AI systems, the collection and analysis of requirements and the validation of solutions, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with operational requirements. In addition, it will participate in the integration of advanced digital solutions into the design, development and maintenance processes of the military vessel.

Activities and Responsibilities

Support the definition of the architecture of AI systems for the analysis of data from sensors, platforms and embedded systems of the military ship;
Collaborate in the management and implementation of digital transformation projects in the field of naval systems engineering;
Contribute to the integration of AI technologies and data mining in the processes of system design, integration and maintenance of the military vessel;
Participate in the definition and optimization of Digital Twin for the monitoring of on-board operations;
Support the definition of strategies for the management and quality of operational data, the design and extraction of relevant data at every stage of the product life cycle;
Provide technical support to support the development of technological roadmaps related to the digital innovation of the integrated military ship.

Requirements

Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines;
Experience of at least 5 years in supporting digital transformation projects, preferably in the aerospace, naval or defense fields;
Basic knowledge of distributed AI architectures and data processing infrastructures applied to complex systems;
Experience in analyzing data from sensors and systems (big- DATA);
Skills in collecting requirements, validating and verifying AI systems;
Knowledge of the main IT security standards and regulations applicable to defense systems;
Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and to collaborate with technical teams;
Authorization to work in sectors regulated by national defense.

Specific skills

Experience in designing architectures for the analysis of data coming from complex platforms (Big -Data);
Knowledge of AI systems applied to predictive maintenance and operational management;
Experience with Digital Twin for system lifecycle optimization;
Knowledge of systems engineering techniques for the integration of AI into complex platforms;
Experience in participating in military research and development projects.
